I am in a high risk business, and my alarm contract got sold from a local company to a national company. Right around the same time that happened, my alarm went completely out (keypad dead). He came out the same day I called, stating that if the problem was just the transformer that he would just charge me for the transformer and I would be back up and running. The problem did not end up being the transformer, but I was very impressed by his time management, professionalism and customer service.
