I am in a high risk business, and my alarm contract got sold from a local company to a national company. Right around the same time that happened, my alarm went completely out (keypad dead). The company that my account got sold to wasn't going to be able to have a tech out for almost a week, and I am not comfortable going one night without an alarm, much less a week.
I called scott at avenger and I'm glad I did. He came out the same day I called, stating that if the problem was just the transformer that he would just charge me for the transformer and I would be back up and running.
The problem did not end up being the transformer, but I was very impressed by his time management, professionalism and customer service. He was out just a few days later and fixed the problem with my alarm system.
I am happy to say that I will be an avenger customer for a long time to come.
